3.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1clubph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1clubph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1clubph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify 1clubph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team via live chat.
3.5 All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
1clubph is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though additional documentation may be requested in certain circumstances.
4.1 All financial transactions on 1clubph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. 1clubph does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
4.3 Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. 1clubph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected.
4.5 1clubph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.
4.6 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real money funds deposited by the player are withdrawable at any time, subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 3.6.
5.1 1clubph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by 1clubph will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 1clubph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
5.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; bonuses will not be applied automatically unless stated.
6.1 All games available on the 1clubph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.2 Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 1clubph will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
6.4 1clubph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
6.5 The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1clubph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 1clubph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 1clubph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 1clubph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 1clubph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 1clubph cannot guarantee absolute security.

12.1 1clubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 1clubph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 1clubph's customer support team for informal resolution. 1clubph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Online gaming in the Philippines is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
